I’m really happy
When I first went to Elanic, I was worried it was going to be loads of pressure to commit to something straight away. In reality, my surgeon Iain McGraw was more concerned with making sure I understood what was possible, what were the risks, and highlighting that the surgery I wanted was completely optional - nothing was ‘wrong’ requiring surgery. On the day of my surgery, Iain went through everything that was going to happen, again explaining any risks, and making sure I knew the limitations of surgery. The process went really well, the only time I felt discomfort was from the local anaesthetic. I had total confidence in my surgeon and staff, they kept me informed as the procedure progressed. Following the operation, Elanic has kept in touch, checking up the following day and arranging review appointment in the weeks since. I’m really happy and looking forward to the final result after a bit of healing time.
